Greta Sets New Irish Record

Past pupil, Greta Streimikyte, set a new Irish record of 4.51.75 during her heat yesterday (Thursday, 8 September 2016) in the T13 1500m race. She finished third in her heat and has now qualified for the final on Saturday. Greta's previous personal best was 4.48.85, placing her fourth in the rankings. Her rise has been magnificent as only last May she took 6 seconds off her then personal best to be second in the world rankings at the time.

Best of luck, Greta!

Warren Faye Art

In order to support our past pupils who have started their own businesses, Rosmini Community School has decided to include a link to relevant sites in our list of links. The first business in this category is that run by Warren Faye, an artist whose works feature in both Ireland and the United States. He has recently designed and produced wonderful calendars to commemorate the Battle of Clontarf. We wish Warren well and congratulate him on his marvellous work.
