Rosmini’s girls under 15 soccer team played their first match of the season on Thursday 5th February. They played a very experienced and unbeaten Manor House team. Manor House played well in the first half. Rosmini took their time getting to know each other and their positions before we felt comfortable. Manor House won the first half despite great performances by goalkeeper Bella, defender Kate and Captain Georgia for Rosmini.

The first years today (13 November 2013) enjoyed a workshop on robotics presented by the DCU Physics department as part of Science Week. At the end of the session, robots designed by students participated in a grand battle.
Students learned about physics topics such as electricity, motors, movement and vibration. Students worked in teams of 2 or 3 and all found it a very enjoyable learning experience.
