5th year student, Jonathan Randle, served on the Rosmini Ember Team over the past year. He was invited to reflect on the experiences that he had in the role.
‘I really enjoyed being on the Ember Team this year. This was my first time serving as a mentor for younger students in the school. One of the highlights of the year was speaking to 3rd and 6th year students about reducing anxiety and taking care of their mental health. I got to know the 1st year students through the First Aid for the Mind lunch club. This was a place where they could go to build their self-confidence and make new friends. I have grown so much over the year in being able to talk to younger students. This brought me out of my shell. Thank you for the experience.’
