Irish Sign Language or ISL is the language used by the majority of deaf & hard of hearing people in Ireland. It is a very visual language in which you use all of your body, hands and facial expressions. ISL has its own grammar and structure, which is very different to written or spoken English.
Join us from 13.25-13.45 every Tuesday in the Resource Cabin and every Thursday in the Canteen to learn this wonderful language. Beginners are most welcome.
