We are excited to launch our programme of events for Rosmini Wellbeing Week 2018, which takes place from Monday 5th to Friday 9th November 2018. The theme of this week is You Gotta Nourish to Flourish. Students will participate in workshops on reducing anxiety, coping with stress, health & nutrition and smart goal setting. Each day of the week will focus on promoting awareness of a key component of student wellbeing, which is closely linked to the SPHE, CSPE and PE curriculums in the new Junior Cycle. Lunchtime activities will include a dancercise class and a loving kindness mindfulness meditation. A 'walk a mile with a smile' challenge and a stand-up comedy event in aid of Pieta House will be some of the highlights of an exciting week of events.
