We spent the first day going from the 'The Beatles story museum' which is on one end of Albert dock, to the 'Fab 4 experience' on the other side. This was a 3D story which had the Beatles top tunes playing throughout. We also visited the Titanic exhibition on that day as it was a recent edition to the docks and we all had an interest in this ship's tragic history.
On the second day we did a Beatles bus tour which took us around the main places associated with the Beatles - Penny lane, strawberry fields gate, where they met, grew up and went to school. We also visited the 'Cavern Club' which is where the Beatles made 292 appearances and became famous.
This was a lovely trip and was enjoyed by all. It was organised by Ms Mc Swiney and also attended by Denis Cummins. The students were very well behaved and a credit to our school.
