Christmas Fair, 1pm to 4pm, Saturday, 7th December 2013
Following the success of last year's inaugural Christmas Fair, the event will make a welcome return next month. This year the fair moves to the main hall in Childvision. It runs from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, 7th December.

Third years attend the creative writing workshop in Smock Alley Theatre

Transition Year students are attending a lecture in Kevin Street DIT (Friday 15 November) on the topic of Virtual Reality. Dr Bryan Duggan will show how Virtual Reality is becoming mainstream through state of the art technologies.

The first years today (13 November 2013) enjoyed a workshop on robotics presented by the DCU Physics department as part of Science Week. At the end of the session, robots designed by students participated in a grand battle.  Students learned about physics topics such as electricity, motors, movement and vibration. Students worked in teams of 2 or 3 and all found it a very enjoyable learning...

18 students are taking part in Gaeilge 24 on 13th November. It's a national event taking place where students talk As Gaeilge all day. Watch out for the yellow t-shirts. More information is available here!

Well done to the first years on winning the best overall school merit award at the tag rugby blitz in Dublin City University last Friday (8 November 2013). Our first years have been learning about the game in their PE classes over the last six weeks. It was great to see such improvement with each game they played in. ESB Logo
In recognition of the school's close links with the ESB, the 6th Year Mentoring Award ceremony will take place on May 13th 2013. Frances Fitzgerald T.D. will be presenting the awards. Our new state of the art Library will be officially opened on Thursday 23rd May 2013. Many thanks to the ESB for their very generous support

Zac Cassidy Morgan receives his prize for the Dublin City Enterprise Award
Congratulations to Rosmini student Zac Cassidy-Morgan, who won the Dublin City Enterprise Award with his school company 'Sun Beans', which is a bracelet that changes colour to indicate that you are getting too much sun. He received his award from Dublin's Lord Mayor Naoise O'Muiri

The evening started with a ceremony in St. Joseph's Church where the theme was "Wherever the wind takes us, we will bring the memories of the times we shared together." The celebration continued in the school hall with a great night full of memories. Entertainment was provided by some of the competitors in the "Rosmini's Got Talent" competition.
